About Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.  Fortunabox is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.

For bobbleheads:

  2. Processing time: 2-4 business days

    1. Standard Shipping For Orders lower than $59: 7-15 business days (10 days on average) $5.99
    2. Free Standard Shipping For Orders $59+: 7-15 business days (10 days on average)
    3. Express Shipping: 5-7 business days (5 days on average) $15

For other items:

    Orders can sometimes take 1-2 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

About Return

For bobbleheads (Made-to-Order Personalized Products), we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the molding and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 40% restocking fee based on the item’s price, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. Restocking fee often includes raw material used, human cost, and the handling fee.

For other items, 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at fortunaboxhelp@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
